At the CHE-VERIFY Joint General Assembly, Michael Buchwitz (U Bremen) presents the history and future of Anthropogenic CO2 emissions from satellites summarising that only the planned Copernicus anthropogenic CO2 monitoring mission will be optimised for monitoring of localised emission sources globally.
